Additional info. on Woof Wise training: Which Class? Puppy Primer---pups 8 to 16 weeks old. Class focuses on the most important thing at this stage of life: socialization and confidence building! Those are the keys to a well adjusted adult dog. From basic care skills to learning sit, down, drop it and leave it AKC STAR Puppy—pups 17 weeks to one year old. As pups gain more coordination and attention we will begin forming the habits of good manners! Skills include: not jumping, walking nicely, sit, down, drop it, leave it, come, stay and more! Beginners—dogs 1 year and over who have not taken previous classes and are ready to learn the basics and good manners. Skills include: not jumping, walking nicely, sit, down, drop it, leave it, come, stay and more! Things to Know All training is done using positive reinforcement and treating dogs humanely. Dogs must be on regular flat collars or harnesses and a 4-6’ leash. No choke, prong/pinch, shock or other corrective collars allowed. No retractable leashes or long lines. Registration for a class in not guaranteed until paid at least 7 days in advance of the class. No refunds are given if past 7 days prior to the start of class. No refunds given for missed classes. In the event a class is canceled by Woof Wise Dog Training for severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances the class will be rescheduled. If the entire series of the class is canceled by Woof Wise Dog Training registration fees are refundable. Dogs must be held on a leash at all times during class. Dogs must be properly vaccinated and proof provided. Titers may be accepted. No dog that presents a threat to another dog or human will remain in class. Woof Wise Dog Training reserves the right to remove a dog from class for this reason as well as others that may effect the best interest of your dog and others. Children must be at least 8 years of age and be able to remain seated during class for safety. All participants must agree to the above and sign the liability waiver. Questions??
